You can set whether to automatically insert the
signature when you compose, reply or forward
message.

characters can be entered.

Similarly to i-mode messages, a signature
can also be decorated.

When a signature has been registered, it can be
inserted regardless of settings in "Auto add" by
pressing
m
on the message text entry screen and
selecting "Quote phrase/passw" → "Add signature".
Note that the background color set for the signature
is not reflected when decorations and/or characters
have been already entered in the message text.

When replying to or forwarding i-mode mail by
quoting received message text, the background color
set for the signature is not reflected.
･
Characters or images registered as a signature are
also contained in the number of characters in the
message text or the number of attached files,
respectively. When the number of characters in the
signature and message text or that of attached files
exceeds the available limit for sending, the signature
cannot be inserted.

When Deco-mail pictogram (Pictogram D) is used, the
message is sent as Deco-mail.

Signature cannot be inserted to SMS in the following
cases:
- When "English" is set for Font type in SMS settings
- When replying to or forwarding SMS for which Font type is
set to "English"
- When a signature has been decorated
- When the total number of characters already entered to
message text and those of the signature exceeds 70 one- or
two-byte characters
