Timer
Setting the timer with a
simple operation
On the stand-by display, you can enter and set the
time (minutes) to elapse before the timer sounds.
After the specified time, you are notified of it with
a sound and/or screen display.

before the timer sounds

The timer countdown screen appears, starting
the countdown.

The time is set between 1 and 60 minutes.

Even when FOMA terminal is folded during
countdown, it continues.

down, the confirmation screen is displayed
asking whether to end the count down. The
countdown continues while the
confirmation screen is displayed.
When the specified time has elapsed
The following screen appears on the display and
the "
目覚まし時計
(Alarm clock)" in Melody set by
default sounds with the volume set in Call alert
volume of Adjust volume. When the operation set
in Vibrate alert/effect or Call in Light alert, the
settings apply to the operation.

Pressing

while the timer is sounding ends

When no operation is carried out for
approximately 1 minute or any key other than

INFORMATION
･
When the specified time arrives during a call (after
call on-hold, if active, is canceled) or PushTalk
session, a warning sound is emitted instead of timer
sound and the stopped timer screen appears.

When the specified time arrives in the following
cases, the timer sounds after the operations or
actions are completed.
- While making/receiving/calling/disconnecting a call or
PushTalk call
- During transmission/reception of 64K data communications
- In data transfer mode
- Infrared remote control function in operation
Alarm clock
Ringing alarm clock at
specified time
This function announces the set time with an
alarm clock sound.

Up to 9 alarm clocks can be set.

Select and set the required items below.
Time:
Enter the time to set an alarm clock.
Repeat:
Set the repeating operation of the alarm
clock.

If "Day of week" is selected, select "Day/
Week", select a day to activate an alarm
clock and press

Title:
Set the title of the alarm clock.
･
Up to 7 two-byte or 14 one-byte
characters can be entered.
Snooze:
Set Snooze operation.
･
When Snooze is set to "ON", the alarm
clock keeps sounding for 1 minute and
then remains silent for 4 minutes,
repeating these operations for 30 minutes
until the alarm clock stops.

Alarm sound:
Set the alarm clock sound to be used at the
specified time.

When you select "i-motion", "Melody" or
"Music", select alarm clock sound.

Setting "Terminal setting" applies to

Set the volume of the alarm clock.
