Pull-down Menus
Each selection across the top of a screen has an associated pull-down menu that
appears when the selection is chosen. When a pull-down menu appears, the default
selection appears in white text on a black background. Other items are in black text on
a white background, unless they are not valid at the current level or point, in which
case they appear in light gray text on a white background. The default can be selected
by pressing
[Enter]
, or by pressing the same
[F“n”]
key you struck (to display the menu)
a second time.
The pull-down menus for Network Representation maintenance are described below.
Note that each menu has an entry:
Cancel
. Selecting this exits the current menu and
allows you to make another selection. Pressing
[Esc]
will do the same thing.
[F1] View
Add Rec
– (default) allows you to add a new network/subnet record.
Delete Rec
– allows you to delete the current record and return to the
Network/Sub-
network ID:
prompt. From here, enter a new ID, or press
[Esc]
to exit graphics level.
Next Rec
– saves the current record, then displays the next network/ subnetwork in the
file, if one exists. If there is no next record, No next record is displayed, and pressing
any key returns you to the
Network/Subnetwork ID:
prompt. From here, enter a new ID.
Copy Rec
– copies the current record to a new ID.
Cancel
– leaves this menu and returns you to the choices at the top of the screen.
