Cannot access LP configuration
Severity: 1
Meaning: Either the LP Inversion file cannot be opened, or no records for this
node are in the file. These files are invisible to the user, but they
provide the cross–reference among configuration files.
Action: Verify that records exist for all LPs in the node. If missing, create
any necessary record(s), then create a new inversion file by using
Output to Disk File
from the
List
option, to write the current file
(unformatted) to the disk. Then, initialize the LP file and load it with
the newly created disk file.

Cannot access load image for LP type “n”
Severity: 2
Meaning: Either the LP Type file cannot be opened, or the LP type is not in the
file, or the Load Image file (.LIF) for the LP type cannot be opened.
There are probably errors in the LP type definitions in either the
system database (see
page E-2 ) or the configuration database
(see Chapter 6 ).
Action: Check the LP file for the correct LP ID and type:

Request to re-IPL sent to Node “n”
Severity: 4
Meaning: A re-IPL message has been sent, by operator request, to node “n.”

CALREQ can't open (filetype) file
Severity: 2
Meaning: The Call Request processor cannot access one of the necessary
database files.
Action: You may need to initialize the file (See page 3-6 .) Contact Cabletron
Systems Technical Support . (See page 21-7.)
22.
LOGTSK “n” error on DBM (CRE,ADD,UPD,DEL) function
Severity: 1
Meaning: The database logging task has encountered an error while trying to
create (CRE), add (ADD), update (UPD), or delete (DEL) a record.
The logging task reports all errors from the database manager.
Action: Restart the INM/NMP. If the problem persists, your disk may be
corrupt. If so, you must restore the database with a copy from a good
disk. (See
page B-1 .)
