The ANS system is not tolerant to this input, i.e. the ANS sensing is stopped while this input is
routed. This ensures that the broadcast volume is not changed by the ANS system during the
broadcast, and ensures that the broadcast does not itself produce feedback into the ANS system
affecting the volume during the broadcast.
