Place all Lam Customer Service Technical Articles for the Integra in
this section. Technical Articles include: Lam Technical Memos (TMs),
Service Bulletins (SBs), Process Bulletins (PBs), Safety Alerts (SAs),
and historical OnTrak TSBs. Chronologically record documents in
the following log, and in the site/system log when appropriate.
Tech Memos (TMs)
Technical Support issues Technical Memos that announce various
technical information and may reference documentation, parts, and
maintenance procedures. Also, they may include preliminary
procedural documents. TMs do not require a supervisor’s approval to
release and can be obtained through a local Lam Customer Service
representative or the
FACSplus
CD-ROM.
Service Bulletins
(SBs)
Technical Support issues
confidential
Service Bulletins that may
announce urgent maintenance procedures and may include
preliminary procedural documents. Customers will receive SBs on
an “as needed basis.”
Release of SBs to a customer requires Lam
supervisor approval.
Process Bulletins
(PBs)
Technical Support issues
confidential
Process Bulletins that may
provide urgent maintenance procedures and preliminary procedural
documents. Customers will receive PBs on an “as needed basis.”
Release of PBs to a customer requires Lam supervisor approval.
Safety Alerts (SAs)
Technical Support issues Safety Alerts that provide urgent technical
information on potential safety hazards. SAs do not require a
supervisor’s approval to release and can be obtained through a local
Lam Customer Service representative or the
FACSplus
CD-ROM.
Historical OnTrak
(TSBs)
OnTrak Technical Support Bulletins (TSBs 001- 108) are archived on
the Lam intranet in the “historical” directory. To access them, use the
following address:

Select
the ONTRAK button, then select the HISTORICAL button.

Technical Articles on Lams intranet can only be read using the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0. or 4.0. Acrobat Reader 3.0 can be

Order the
FACSplus
CD, p/n 403-240190-007, which only contains
