ALARM CONFIGURATION SCREEN
The majority of alarms are initiated by a sensor. In many cases, an
increment of time or an operating range (%) is connected to the
sensor signal in order to ensure the accurate performance of a
particular component.
In order to offer more flexibility to the Integra, an alarm
configuration system is available for modifying selected alarms.
Selectable Alarms
(Enabled or Disabled)
Four alarms are selectable and can only be
enabled
or
disabled
through
the
SELECT OPTIONS
screen. Access the
SELECT OPTIONS
screen
from the
MAIN screen

Alarm ID: 19 - Brush Station #1 Upper Brush Motor Speed Failure
Alarm ID: 20 - Brush Station #1 Lower Brush Motor Speed Failure
Alarm ID: 98 - Brush Station #2 Upper Brush Motor Failure
Alarm ID: 99 - Brush Station #2 Lower Brush Motor Failure

Seven alarms are programmable in that various operating parameters
can be set in the
ENGINEERING OPTIONS
screen. Access the
ENGINEERING OPTIONS
screen, from the
ALARM CONFIGURATION
screen

enabled

disabled.
Access
the alarms through the
FIRST BRUSH STATION PROCESS DEFINE
and/or
SECOND BRUSH STATION PROCESS DEFINE
screen. Set the
three “Process Alarm Timeout” parameters.
