Change DOSE CHEM

47 Toggle the DOSE CHEM ON or OFF (default: OFF) for Brush 

Station #1 or Brush Station #2.

When DOSE CHEM is set to ON, process chemical is used to dose 
the brushes. 

Brush dosing continues for the time set in the WAFER 

DOSE TIME.

When DOSE MODE is selected, and/or the DOSE LOW FLOW 
DI, and/or the DOSE HI FLOW DI are set to ON, then they will 
both start when the dosing chemical starts.

Change DOSE LOW FLOW DI

48 Toggle the DOSE LOW FLOW DI ON or OFF (default: ON) for 

Brush Station #1 or Brush Station #2.

When DOSE LOW FLOW DI is set to ON, high flow DI water is 
used to dose the brushes. 

Brush dosing continues for the time set in 

the WAFER DOSE TIME.

Only systems configured with Low Flow DI water air control 
valves use this parameter. Systems without the Low Flow DI 
water air control valves do not use this parameter and will 
continue to dispense DI water to the brushes at the DI Low Flow 
meter setting.

When DOSE MODE is selected, and/or the DOSE LOW FLOW 
DI, and/or the DOSE HI FLOW DI are set to ON, then they will 
both start when the dosing chemical starts.
