T1 - T4 TIMEOUTS:
The T1 - T4 TIMEOUTS, or delays, are defined in the
SECS-I

section of the GEM manual.
T1
is the Inter-Character Timeout. Its allowable
range

is the Protocol Timeout. Its allowable

The RETRY LIMIT button sets the number of times a failed GEM
message transmission is attempted before it is aborted. The RETRY
LIMIT
