Moves for amount of

For interpolation (NC211 only), the operation is the same as above, even if the
target position is expressed as relative positions on both axes.
STOP is executed for the X axis when bit 15 of word m+1 turns ON, and for the Y
axis when bit 15 of word m+5 turns ON. Restart both axes by means of the X axis
START command bit (bit 00 of word m+1). If restarting is executed by the Y axis
START command bit (bit 00 of word m+5), positioning will be carried out for only
the Y axis. Restarting with interpolation is the same as restarting a single axis.
Note that a restart when one axis is in an absolute position and the other is in an
incremental (relative) position begins execution with the axes in those states
(one axis absolute, the other incremental).
