When bit 12 is turned ON (

), the EEPROM read/write designation (word
m+4/m+8, bit 13) is referenced and data is either read from or written to EE-
PROM.

The setting of bit 13 determines whether data is to be written to EEPROM from
the internal RAM or read to internal RAM from EEPROM.
0: Write to EEPROM
1: Read from EEPROM
9-10 Manual Operation
There are three manual feeding commands: HIGH-SPEED JOG, LOW-SPEED
JOG and INCH. Acceleration and deceleration are possible with HIGH-SPEED
JOG, but not with LOW-SPEED JOG. INCH operates one pulse at a time (from 1
to 100)). Although the following explanations are made with respect to the X-
axis, the explanations are the same for the Y-axis of the NC211.
