Solution
A short circuit exists
between the fan and
the ground.
Check the power cable and voltage of the
motor.
The coil is short-
circuited or the
motor is burnt.
Replace the fan. If there is a beam for
hoisting the fan in the air exhaust section,
before removing the fan, use a hook to
secure the fan to the beam to prevent the
fan from falling.
The overtemperature
protection function
of the motor is
triggered (the motor
is overheated).
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or dirty.
Check the ambient temperature of the fan.
Check the voltage.
The fan blade is
blocked or dirty.
Power off the motor and prevent it from
being connected again.
● Check whether the motor is powered off.
● Clear foreign matters or contaminants.
The airflow direction
is incorrect (the
direction of the
motor is opposite to
that of the high-
speed airflow).
Check the airflow direction (rotation caused
by airflow reversal).
The fan
rotates
slowly.
Fan blade friction/
collision
Clear foreign matters or dirt in the fan if
necessary.
The active
temperature
management
function is enabled
(when the motor or
electronic system is
overheated).
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or polluted.
Check the ambient temperature of the fan.
Check the installation space (air speed
above the heat source).
The
airflow
volume is
insufficien
t.
The fan rotates
slowly.
Check whether the fan rotates slowly.
The air channel is
blocked.
Check whether the airflow is smooth
(intake/exhaust air damper and air filter).
The fan blade is blocked or polluted.
