Troubleshooting
Water
tank
Check that there is no foreign
matter or silt in the water tank.
Shut down the unit, choose the
diagnostic mode, and open the
drainage valve to empty the
water tank. Do not stir the water
in the tank during the operation.
After emptying the water tank,
use a mop and a broom to clean
the silt out of the water tank.
NOTE
Do not wash a large amount of silt
directly into the drainpipe.
Air
filter
Check that the air filter is clean
and not blocked.
Maintain the air filter once a
quarter on average based on the
geographical and seasonal
conditions.
● Outdoor intake air filter:
Clean the air filter with water
every three months and
replace it every six months.
● The return air filter cannot be
cleaned with water and needs
to be replaced every six
months.
Precool
ing
modul
e
Check that the precooling module
surface is not blocked by foreign
matter.
Check that there is no scale on the
surface of the precooling module.
Clean it once every quarter based
on the region and season situation.
Clean the surface every three
months. For details about the
cleaning method, contact
technical support.
It is recommended that the
precooling module be replaced
after it has been used for two to
three years.

Check that the spray holes of the
water distributor are not blocked.
Check that the spray holes of the
water distributor are free from
scale.
Clean it once every quarter based
on the region and season situation.
Clean the pipe using a brush
every three months. If the spray
holes of the water distributor are
still blocked, replace the water
distributor.
