Override
function
The override function cannot be activated :
- Check the connection of the GUARD ONLY - MUTING input (see chapter 4.4.)
- Check the connection of the P/Bs inputs (see chapters 2.4.4. & 4.8.1.)
The unwanted condition occurs at the end of the muting
sequence:
- Check the connection of the EMs sensors (see chapters 2.4.3. & 4.6.2.)
- Check the compatibility of the installation with the preset timing of the conveyor
mode (see chapter 2.4.1.) and if necessary, use the override function to clear
the protective detection field and restart the module
The module does not restart automatically when the protection
field is released :
- Check correct operation of the muting lamp (see chapter 4.8.3.)

The unwanted condition occurs at the begining of the muting
sequence :
- Check the selected mode (seechapter 2.4.1.)
- Check the connection of the GUARD ONLY - MUTING input (see chapter 4.4.)
- Check the connection of the SMs sensors (seechapters 2.4.2. & 4.6.1.)
- Check the connection of the EMs sensors (see chapters 2.4.3. & 4.6.2.)
- Check correct operation of the muting lamp (see chapter 4.8.3.)

interrupted :
- Check the connection of the OSSDs inputs (see chapter 4.5.1.)
The unwanted condition occurs during the muting sequence :
- Check correct operation of the muting lamp (see chapter 4.8.3.)
- Check the connection of the EMs sensors (see chapters 2.4.3. & 4.6.2.)
- Check the connection of the SMs sensors (seechapters 2.4.2. & 4.6.1.)
The unwanted condition occurs when the protection field is
interrupted :
- Check the connection of the OSSDs inputs (see chapter 4.5.1.)
The unwanted condition occurs at the end of the muting
sequence:
- Check the connection of the EMs sensors (see chapters 2.4.3. & 4.6.2.)
- Check the compatibility of the installation with the preset timing of the press
mode (see chapter 2.4.1.) and if necessary, restart the module
