HFT

Install the O-ring

w ith o u t tw is t o r

d e fo rm on to the

angle sensor. The

O-ring should be

fu lly seated to

around o f the angle

sensor surface.

Connect an ohm m eter to the swash plate angle sen
sor A and B terminals.

Inspect the resistance of the swash plate angle sen

sor shaft groove turning.

Connection: A - B
Standard:

0 to 1.6 - 2.4

(20 C/68 F)

If the resistance is out of the standard value, replace

the swash plate angle sensor.

R E M O VA L

Remove the radiator reserve tank (page 7-17).

Disconnect the swash plate angle sensor 3P connec

tor.

Remove the bolts.

Remove the swash plate angle sensor and O-ring.

INSTALLATION

Coat a new O-ring w ith engine oil and install it to

the swash plate angle sensor.

Install the swash plate angle sensor by aligning the

swash plate angle sensor shaft flat surface w ith
swash plate angle sensor groove.
