COOLING SYSTEM

Install the w a te r pum p cover, e new sealing w asher

and bolts.

Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in several

steps.

BOLT/SEALING WASHER

C unnecl the w atei hoses and tighten the hose band
screw securely.

Fill and bleed the co o lin g system (page 7-6).

RADIATOR RESERVE TANK

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Disconnect the siphon hose and hoses fro m the
reserve tank and drain the coolant fro m the reserve

tank.

Remove the b o lt and reserve tank.

Route the hoses

Installation is in the reverse order o f rem oval.
