COOLING SYSTEM

Loosen the band screw and disconnect the w ater

hoses.

Tighten the water

Install the th erm ostat housing assembly in the

hose band screw to

reverse order o f rem oval.

the specified range.

RADIATOR/COOLING FAN

NOTE:

Be carefu n ot to dam age the radiator fin s w hile ser

vicin g the radiator and fan m otor.

REMOVAL

Drain the coolant fro m the system (page 7-6).

Remove the rig h t fro n t side cow l (page 3-5).

Disconnect the fan m o to r 2P (Black) connector.

WATER HOSE

2P (BLACK) CONNECTOR

Loosen the band screw and disconnect the upper

radiator water hose.
