HYDRAULIC BRAKE

Rem ove the parking brake shaft w hile holding the

adjust bolt.

R em ove the adjust bolt.

Rem ove the snap ring, washers and piston fro m the

adjust bolt.

Rem ove the dust seal.

Clean the caliper cylinder and brake shaft sliding

surface.

INSPECTION

Check the caliper cylinders and pistons fo r scoring,

scratches or dam age.

M easure the caliper cylinder I.D.

SERVICE LIMIT: 20.060 mm (0.7898 in)

M easure the caliper piston O.D.

SERVICE LIMIT: 19.927 mm (0.7845 in)
