CTS Manager software allows you to schedule and manage Cisco TelePresence System calls. As an
integral part of the Cisco TelePresence experience, the CTS-Manager software facilitates call scheduling
and setup from common enterprise groupware such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes.
This chapter provides an overview of how to add parameters to Cisco Unified Communications Manager
(Cisco Unified CM) and collect information from the current installation of the Cisco Unified CM to
initialize the Cisco TelePresence Manager meeting schedule application.
