Field
Meaning
Interface
An interface to which the next address pool is
assigned. When an address request is received
over Interface, one of the addresses in the
address pool is assigned.
IP Address
First IP address in the address pool.
Number of Consecutive
Addresses
Total number of IP addresses in the address
pool, including the first IP address (IP
Address).
Lease Time (Minutes)
Specifies the length of time an address from the
pool can be assigned to a host. After the Lease
Time (Minutes) expires, the address can be
assigned elsewhere.
MAC Address
(optional) Only for Number of Consecutive
Addresses =
1: IP Address is only assigned to
the device with MAC Address.
Gateway
Defines which IP address is assigned to the
DHCP client as gateway. If no IP address is
entered here, the IP address of
X3200
is also
given.
NetBT Node Type
Defines how and in what order the assignment
of NetBIOS names to IP addresses is
attempted for the hosts of an address pool.
You can accept the default value
not specified.
