HS315 can use highlighted data instead of its measured ones.
The management of the alarm/warnings coming from the battery is like that of CANBUS
engines. In practice, HS315 handles only two cumulative:
•
W226: cumulative warnings of the batteries’ electronic cards.
•
W227: cumulative alarms of the batteries’ electronic cards.
On page S.02, when one of the alarms/warnings is present, HS315 displays the active
diagnostic codes on the last line (rotating if more than one).
The possible codes are:
•
Emergency alarm
•
Battery Mosfets active on short circuit
•
A cell is going over temper. 1st level
•
A cell is over temperature 2nd level
•
A cell is going under temper. 1st level
•
A cell is under temperature 2nd level
•
A cell is going over charge 1st level
•
A cell is over charge - 2nd level
•
A cell is going under voltage
•
A cell is under voltage
•
Mosfet temperature out of range
•
Cell voltage out of range
•
Cell temperature out of range
•
High battery supply
•
Battery 12V supply is low
•
Overcurrent in charge
•
Overcurrent in discharge
•
SOC invalid
•
SOH invalid
•
Charger overvoltage
•
Fuse blown
•
Low SOC - 1st level
•
Low SOC - 2nd level
•
Battery voltage above limit
•
Battery voltage below limit
•
SOC not adjusted during required time
•
A mosfet is going over temperature
