Individual event mapping—mapping of specific maintenance and fault
events M05, M06, M07, M09, M11, F01, F02, F03, F04.
Stream 1—on a dual-stream analyzer, activated when Stream 1 is selected.
Sample
Sample: TRUE—when the analyzer is any phase (state) of measuring a true
sample, including a Purge state, as this part of correct sample handling.
Sample: FALSE—when in any phase (state) of cleaning, calibrating,
validating, or Single (Grab) sample reading or Offline.
For example, to map Relay S1 to Alarm 1:
1.
Make certain that Alarm 1 is displayed on the screen. If it is not displayed,
press ENTER.
2.
To change the displayed option, press the UP and DOWN buttons until the
desired option is displayed.
3.
Press ENTER. This stores your selection and displays the
Energized screen.
When applied to relay mapping, energized refers to the coil of a relay. If an
event is mapped to a relay, selection of energized means that a relay coil is
energized when the event occurs.
1.
Press ENTER.
2.
Asterisks flash on either side of Yes. To change Yes to No, press the
DOWN button.
3.
When the desired selection is on the screen, press ENTER. This places
the selection into nonvolatile storage. Press CTRL then ENTER to exit to
the Relay mapping screen.
Change Relay S1 mapping to a different function as follows:
1.
In the Relay mapping screen, press ENTER. Asterisks flash on either side
of the displayed option, such as Alarm 1 or any of the other options.
2.
To change a displayed option, press the UP and DOWN buttons.
Continue scrolling until the desired option is displayed.
3.
Press ENTER. The Relay energized screen is displayed. Select either Yes
or No as described previously. This will place the selection in memory.
4.
Press CTRL then ENTER to exit to the Map relays screen.
Mapping the other four relays
Map Relays S2, S3, S4, and S5 to any option the same way Relay S1
mapping was described.
