5.2.3.1 Times Screen
Enter the Times screen by pressing the ENTER button while in the Timing
screen. The Times screen is displayed.
The available parameters under the Times screen are:
5.2.3.2 Auto-Validation, Auto-Calibration, and Auto-Clean Timing:
The validation, calibration, and cleaning functions can be configured to occur
automatically according to the entries in the Times menus. The time
scheduling of each of these three automatic operations has three screens
entries: a time configurable in hours and minutes, a configurable interval in
hours, and a daily Yes/No selection of the operation.
The operation of the scheduling of
validation, calibration and clean
cycles are identical. This manual
explains the scheduling of the timing
options of a calibration and
validation in detail. Schedule the
clean cycles in the same manner.
There are three ways which this auto operation schedule may be set up:
•
Beginning at a specific time and repeating the operation at set
intervals (Interval Mode).
•
Performing the operation at one specified time of day on selected
days of the week. (Daily mode).
•
Disabling the automatic operation.
Interval Mode
This mode is selected if the interval is set to non-zero hours value. It overrides
the daily selection set up. The first operation occurs when the entered screen
operation time matches the clock and is repeated at the frequency identified in
the interval screen. The maximum repeat interval is 240 hours.
The screens below set the analyzer to perform an automatic validation cycle
the next time the clock reads 08:00. The operation will then repeat at intervals
of 48 hours. The selection of the daily validate entries are irrelevant because
the Val interval is not zero.
