Port Mode Control Register (PMCxx).
The PMC registers configure digital inputs/outputs or analog inputs setting in bits.
After generating a reset signal, the values of these registers become "FFH".
Register address = base a offset address; The base address of the PMC register is 0x40040000, and
the offset address is shown in the figure below.
