When the AMPM bit is "0", the value of the HOUR register is 12 hours; When the AMPM bit is "1", the
value of the HOUR register is indicated as 24 hours.
At 12 hours, bit5 of the HOUR register represents am/pm. "0" in the morning (AM) and "1" in the
afternoon (PM).
