formatting failed during node install
Explanation
There was a problem during the partitioning of disk and creation of file systems during
node install.
Recommended Action
Potential node software issue. Contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center
(TAC) through the Cisco Support web site http://www.cisco.com/tac.
Error Message
IPS_SB_MGR-SLOT#-2-PORT_SOFTWARE_FAILURE: Port software failure,
module [dec] port [dec]
Explanation
The software servicing the data path on the port has failed.
