Print To File
Creating a Print-Ready File
Use the Print to File option to create print ready files from your document. Once you have created
a print ready file you can save it onto a USB stick and print it on any printer with a USB port, or use
Internet Services to print the file.
If you are unable to create PDF files then Print to File can be an alternative way to prevent
formatting issues when printing documents to different devices.
Print to File is not a Xerox or Xerox driver specific feature. The instructions provided will work with
many operating systems, but not Macs. If you can’t print to file from your system contact your IT
support team or System Administrator for help.
