1. Remove any misfed pages.
2. Fan the media to ensure no pages are stuck together.
3. Check the tray guides are set correctly for the size of media loaded in the tray.

Troubleshooting Tips
The device will not power on
•
Check to see that the device is not in Energy Saver mode as indicated by the green light on the
control panel.
•
To re-activate the device when in Low Power or Sleep mode, press the
Power
button. The device
takes longer to recover from Sleep mode.
If the issue is not with the device, check the power outlet.
•
Plug another electrical appliance into the outlet and see if it operates properly.
•
Plug the device into a different outlet.
•
Check the outlet has a voltage or frequency that matches the device specifications.
•
If your device is specified for a power supply of 50 Hz and 10 A it should be connected to
a 220-240 V supply.
•
If your device is specified for a power supply of 60 Hz and 15 A connect it to a 110-127 V
supply.
