4. Open the print driver Properties window - the method will vary depending on the application
you are printing from. From most Microsoft applications select the
Properties
or
Preferences
button to open the window.
5. Select the saved settings required from the list.
6. Select
Rename...
from the
Saved Settings menu
.
7. Select
the
Saved Setting Name entry box
and use your keyboard to enter a name for your
custom setting.
8. Click
the
OK
button.
9. Click
the
OK
button to save your settings.

You can print to the device from your computer through a print driver. There are a variety of Xerox
print drivers available for the device to support all the popular operating systems. The Xerox print
drivers allow you to use the specific features available on your device.
Use the Delete option to erase a specific set of custom print settings you have saved.
Note:
You can also access the saved settings by opening an application and selecting the print
driver as though you were about to send a print job.
1. At your computer, click the Start button with the Microsoft logo on it.
2. Select
the
Devices and Printers
menu link.
3. Right-click on the icon for your device.
4. Select
Printing Preferences
.
5. Select a custom setting or select
<Application Name> Defaults
from the
Saved Settings
menu
.
6. Select
Delete
from the
Saved Settings menu
.
7. Click
the
OK
button.
8. Click
the
Yes
button.
9. Click
the
OK
button.
