Issue Possible Cause Remedy
No lights turn on QEC not receiving 12V power
• Measure voltage at the
PowerGen 12V posts
• Check fuse on jumper
cables
• Inspect wiring
No start, remains in
standby for over 30
minutes
Gas valve heater not
operating
• Check if valve and pump
are warm
• Check gas valve NTC is
seated correctly
• Check fuses and wiring
• Check 13V supply
Fault 2017 Pump heater not operating
• Check if pump is warm
• Check fuses and wiring
Very loud hammering
noise upon startup
Engine mount heater not
operating
• Disable PowerGen
• Check if all 4 engine
mounts are warm
• Check fuses and wiring
• Replace heater if needed
Warning 4017 or
power output
restricted
Fans are not spinning Inspect fans and remove any
obstructions. Manually spin
blade to get it started.
Fault 2014 Air fuel mixture is too lean
• Refer to Fault 2014 in
Table 15-3 on page 117.
Fault 3003, standby Condensates forming or
propane frozen
Preheat gas lines and
regulators. Install GCU.
Fault 1008/2025 Blower stuck Clear fault and re-enable.
Replace blower.
