When replacing the burner, burner ceramic, or burner seal it will be required to disconnect the
gas pre-mix duct from the burner. Be sure to pay close attention when refitting flexible gas
pre-mix duct fitting to burner fitting. Misalignment at this joint may cause the O-ring to fail to
seal joint properly potentially causing gas to leak from seal.
After replacing specified part/s and during reassembly of the burner to the pre-mix duct follow
the steps below:
1. Apply a thin film of Dow Corning Vacuum Grease to the O-ring.
2. Ensure the O-ring is fitted properly into the fitting.
3. Attach pre-mix duct to burner.
4. O-ring placement is critical.
5. Align and butt-up flanges evenly and install quick-clamp assembly.
6. Torque to 25 N·m.

to insure alternator kicks in.
10.Attach jumper cable, red clamp to red post on both the PowerGen battery and the truck
battery.
11. Attach jumper cable, black clamp to black post on both the PowerGen battery and the truck
