1009 Burner blower RPM out of range During startup, blower RPM readings are
outside the thresholds.
Power disconnect switch in OFF position,
low battery charge or damaged battery,
blower not programmed to speed mode
(<PG153), incorrect blower setting, blocked
filter or exhaust, damaged blower, blower
wiring issue, problem with auxiliary
power, aux power not setup correctly.
• Verify power disconnect switch is in
“1” position
• Measure battery voltage >12V during
startup
• Power cycle QEC
• Check fuses on FPC
• Measure 220V at aux input to FPC
• Check wiring to blower for loose pins
• Verify FPC configured to correct
blower
• Verify Fasco blower has updated
settings
• Verify Aux power is set to
220VAC/>7Amps
1011 Invalid pump feedback reading Feedback value of the pump does not
represent a normal running range or a
known pump fault code. It can also occur
when the pump is not in standby (95%)
when initially powering it on.
FEB 12V/24V jumper set incorrectly, low
battery voltage (<12v), noise on pump
wiring, bad pump signal wiring, bad pump
electronics, bad FPC or FEB hardware, low
voltage to FPC, pump located in HRU. If
feedback 0% and flow rate above 10lpm,
bad pump control board, feedback
harness or FPC. Pump feedback value is
90% fault/blocked pump, 85% electrical
supply fault, 75% warning. Review Fault
2016 and Fault 2017.
