Heater head temperature too
high
Heater head temperature
reached the maximum
allowed limit.
Hall noise, power limit too low
when blower rate is at
minimum, incorrect HHT offset
calibration, wrong converter
file loaded, bad engine.
• Review engine frequency
data, if it is not stable,
add ferrite bead.
• Calibrate HHT offset.
• If blower was at min rate
(20%) Increase QEC power
limit.
2004
Internal E-Stop signal was
activated
The internal E-Stop signal was
pulled low by the QEC, FEB or
CANBUS interface, bad
CANBUS wiring, typically
accompanied with additional
faults.
Unplug harness on both ends,
measure resistance between
Ground and 5V pin (first and
last pin).
2010
Pump feedback reading is out
of range
Feedback is outside of the
normal operating range
(1-69%) during startup self
check.
Noise on pump wiring, bad
pump signal wiring, bad pump
electronics, bad FPC firmware
or hardware
• Refer to 2016 and 2017 for
corrective actions.
