2026 Cooling capacity insufficient Fouled radiator on air side,
seized HRU fan or failed fan,
insufficient coolant, HRU panel
left open, incorrect fan type
configured, windy conditions.
• Verify all panels secured
in place.
• Verify both fans are
operating.
• Verify coolant in radiator
is topped off.
• Clean radiator.
• Verify correct fan type
configured.
2027 Disconnect switch open Move disconnect switch to the
‘1’ position

3003 No gas Gas pressure insufficient,
damaged pressure sensor,
PowerGen will activate
automatically once pressure
increases above 15mbar. There
is no timeout on this state.
• Check all gas supply
valves are open.
• Liquids freezing up at
pressure cuts, heat trace
and insulate piping 10ft
upstream of regulators.
3004 Gas conditioning unit liquid
level too high
Liquids must be drained
before PowerGen can
continue to operate. Stuck or
damaged upper level sensor,
open wiring.
