4023 GHT no flow detected Closed valve on customer
circuit, more than 20gal of
glycol in system, plugged GHT
strainer (on PowerGen), GHT
pump speed setting too low,
damaged pump, bad wiring,
power to pump unplugged.
• Verify all valves on
customer heat trace are
open.
• Clean out strainer on
supply port.
• Remove strainer cap,
operate pump by toggling
the ON/OFF switch. Check
for flow coming out.
4024 GHT no heat demand Not enough heat demand.
Setpoint temperature was
reduced too drastically.
4025 GHT return temperature above
150°f (65°C)
Insufficient heat load.
• Reduce return setpoint to
below 130°F (55°C) on
PowerGen 5650
• Reset warning and try
again, may be a short
transient due to
operating conditions.
4026 GHT coolant level is low GHT coolant reservoir level is
at minimum level. Pump will
not operate when this
warning is active.
Unit incorrectly configured to
GHT, GHT level switch
malfunction, switch in wrong
orientation, wiring issue,
