• Verify all valves on
customer heat trace are
open.
• Clean out strainer on
supply port.
• Remove strainer cap,
operate pump by toggling
the ON/OFF switch. Check
for flow coming out.

Not enough heat demand.
Setpoint temperature was
reduced too drastically.

GHT return temperature above
150°f (65°C)
Insufficient heat load.
• Reduce return setpoint to
below 130°F (55°C) on
PowerGen 5650
• Reset warning and try
again, may be a short
transient due to
operating conditions.

GHT coolant level is low
GHT coolant reservoir level is
at minimum level. Pump will
not operate when this
warning is active.
Unit incorrectly configured to
