8.
If the PowerGen does not start
(ignition failure fault): adjust the #3 screw (shown in Figure
12-20 on page 91) counter-clockwise a half a turn to start with a richer combustion. This can
be repeated up to six times. If the unit still does not ignite, contact Qnergy customer
support, (801) 413-7668.
9.While the engine is running, under the QEC/Config Tab, Set
Minimum Engine Power to
1800W for the PG1800, 1200W for the PG1200, and 600W for the PG600. Click Set.

10.Allow up to five minutes for unit head temperature to stabilize.
11. Lambda reading should be 1.20 +/- 0.01.
12. To
decrease
Lambda, turn screw #3
counter-clockwise
(see Figure 12-13).
13. To
increase
Lambda, turn screw #3
clockwise
(see Figure 12-13).
14.Now set minimum engine to 600W and calibrate to 1.23 Lambda.
