4027 Burner blower false RPM
reading
Blower RPM <10 or
RPM>10,000 during operation
for more than 2 seconds.
• Inspect harnesses to
blower.
• Verify QEC auxiliary
output settings.
• Blower or QEC hardware
issue.
4028 Gas conditioning liquid level is
high
Liquids in the separator tank
have reached the warning
level, draining is required.
Stuck or damaged lower level
sensor, open wiring.
4029 Gas valve temp sensor bad Sensor failed, open or short
circuit, bad wiring.
• Inspect that the channel
NTC6 on the FPC is seated
well.
• Inspect connector and
cable for damage.
• Replace sensor.
4030 Gas pressure low Gas pressure marginally
sufficient.
• Check all gas supply
valves are fully open.
• Liquids freezing up at
pressure cuts, heat trace
and insulate piping 10ft
upstream of regulators.
