Coolant flow rate too low
(below 5 Lpm)
Check for air in the system,
look for coolant leaks. Run the
fill sequence and top up if
needed.
Auxiliary power issue. check if
pump feedback is correct.
Press start/stop button to
remove from standby mode,
and press button again to
enable. coolant may be cold
and needs several attempts to
start up.
If HRU top temperature is
below 0°C, pump feedback
above 35% and fault occurs
during operation, test glycol
concentration in coolant at
radiator cap and not overflow
tank.
13004
Heater head temperature
estimate too high
Firmware issue, coolant sensor
failure
13005
E-Stop fault for slow burner
only
Signal bad unless done
intentionally
13006
Engine current greater than
hardware current limit
QEC hardware failure
14001
Coolant temperature is
approaching limit
External loop switched off &
engine is running, aux output
off, temp sensor bad, QEC
hardware failure, coolant leak,
pump failure
14002
Coolant flow is approaching
limit (20 lpm)
Air in system, aux outputs
disabled, coolant leak, pump
failure
14003
