Cabinet door is open, sensor
cable is unplugged, magnet
spacing incorrect, sensor
failed.
• Close cabinet door
• Check black wire
connected to FPC board
at P11 (bottom right
corner).
• Adjust location of sensor
located in cabinet by
bending the bracket
slightly outwards towards
the door.

temperature difference is too
high
False warning on FW 1.5.1,
NTC’s plugged into wrong
ports, exhaust leak into
engine bay, bad sensor.

Cold Protection
Applicable for LTS units only.
Gas valve temperature below
-15°C. see LTS cold start
procedure. Gas valve heater
will turn off at 20°C.

GHT return temp sensor failed
Sensor failed, open or short
circuit, bad wiring.
• Inspect the channel NTC7
on the FPC is seated well.
• Inspect connector and
cable for damage.
• Replace sensor.

Sensor failed, open or short
circuit, bad wiring.
• Inspect the channel NTC8
on the FPC is seated well.
• Inspect connector and
cable for damage.
• Replace sensor.
