If you want to use the template, choose OK.
The Import Tool window reopens, but the source data is
defined and mapped to the database as specified by the
template.

Choose Import All Now to begin importing records.
Importing text and
images
Use the following procedure to import complete records
(including text and images) from other ID-4000 stations.
The source of the imported records must be a file
created by exporting text and images from an ID-4000
station. With the procedure below, you must import all
the records in the file and all the fields in each record.
(To import text data from other applications, see
Importing text data on page 5-9 instead.)

Start the ID-4000 and log in, or if you are already in the
system, choose the Exit button to display the Data Entry
Window.

Choose the Administration button.

Choose the Import button to display the Import Selection
dialog box.

Choose Import text and images from other ID-4000
Stations.

Highlight the destination database on the list in the lower
left of the dialog box, then choose OK to display the Data
Source Selection dialog box.
