To add another new user, return to step 3.
To return to the System Management window, choose
the Quit button.
Changing a user’s privileges
If a user already has access privileges, you can change
his or her access keys, name, user ID or password with
the following steps. You can also temporarily disable or
re-enable their access privileges with the same
procedure.
Note: It may be useful to review the functions accessible
by each key before you start this procedure. See
Viewing
the current lock settings on page 5-50.

If you have not done so, display the User Access Edit
window as described on page 5-53.

Choose the Edit Mode button to place the User Access
window in the Edit mode.

Choose the User ID of the user to be changed by clicking
on it with the mouse or using the ARROW keys to
highlight it.
