If you have not done so, display the User Access Edit
window as described on page 5-53.

Choose the Search Users By Keys button to display a
checkbox for each key in the upper right of the window.

Check one or more key boxes to determine the users that
have them assigned.
When a checkbox is chosen, only the users with that key
assigned to them appear in the Users ID List.

To see other keys assigned to any user in the list, click on
the desired User ID or use the Arrow keys to highlight
the User ID.
The keys assigned to the currently highlighted user
appear in the Selected User Keys box.

To change a user’s keys (or any other user information),
double-click on the User ID. This displays the user’s
Change Information dialog box, which you can edit as
needed.

To return to the System Management window, choose
the Quit button.
