Export templates
If you are likely to export data again to a similar file, you
can save the mapping “blueprint” you create as a
template. In future export sessions, you can open the
template to map the source fields to the destination
fields.
Saving a template
To save your mapping specifications, choose Save
Template from the Export Tool window to display the
Export Template window.
This template window contains all the specifications for
the export process you just completed.
Choose OK to save it, or Cancel to quit the window
without saving the template.
Using a template
To apply a template to a source database:

Choose Open Template from the Export Tool window.
This displays a dialog box listing all template files in the
current directory.

Choose the drive, directory, and name of the desired
template, then choose OK to display the template.
