(The current settings are checked in the Lock Setting box;
a user must have at least one of the checked keys to use
the function.)

Repeat steps 2 and 3 as needed to view all desired
ID-4000 functions and their associated keys.

Return to the System Management window by choosing
the Quit button.
Lock editing procedure
Use these steps to edit the locks on ID-4000 functions:

If you have not done so, display the Lock Edit window
(see page 5-50).

Use the Name box to choose an ID-4000 function.
You can click on the arrow on the right end of the box to
display a list, then click on the desired function to display
its name in the Name box. You can also press the TAB
key until the Name box changes to a blue background,
then use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to
scroll through the list of names until the desired name
appears.

Choose the desired lock setting checkboxes (Op1, Op2,
Op3, Adm, etc.) to make the function accessible to users
who have at least one of the corresponding keys. If
necessary, select a checkbox again to remove the check.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 until access requirements have
been set for all necessary ID-4000 functions.

To accept all new requirements, choose Commit.
To abandon all new requirements and return the locks to
their previous state instead, choose Undo.

Return to the System Management window by choosing
the Quit button.
