Double-click on the International icon to display the

In the Date Format block, click on Change to display the
Date Format dialog box.

Place an X in the Day Leading Zero and the Month
Leading Zero checkboxes by clicking on them.

In the Long Date Format block, click on the arrow next to
5, then click on 05 to choose a leading zero for the long
