If a bar-code must be reprinted for any reason, choosing
the Bar-Code Label button from the Data Entry window
will command the label printer to print a bar-code label
for the currently displayed record.
Note: Bar-code label printing can be turned off with the
ID-4000 Application Builder. See the Badge Designer
chapter of
ID-4000 Application Builder Guide for more
information.
Batch-printing bar-code labels
You can also batch-print bar-code labels for selected
database records. To do so, use the procedure in
Batch-printing bar-code labels in Chapter 5.
With the batch-encoding procedure in Chapter 5, you
create a list of records by selecting from the database. To
batch-print the labels, you select the Batch BC button
from the batch-processing window. A label for each
selected record then prints immediately.
