After you have selected records, the Batch Processing
window appears on the screen.
2
Choose the Batch Print button to print a badge for each
tagged record. If your system prints bar-code labels, a
label for each badge prints when the badge prints.
If necessary, see
Output devices (Chapter 7) for
operating instructions for the badge printer you are
using and any necessary post-print operations such as
diecutting and laminating.
Note: Any records with the Badge Type field set to
Dossier will not print. An on-screen message identifies
those records so you can process them separately. To
print the records as badges, you must change the Badge
Type field for each record from Dossier to the desired
badge format (see Chapter 4 for record-editing
procedures). To print the records as dossiers, see
Batch-printing dossiers on page 5-69.
3
If your system encodes magnetic stripes, choose the
Batch Encode button and follow the on-screen
instructions to encode the badges you printed.
4
To return to the Batch Processing window to perform
another batch operation with the same tagged records,
choose the Clear button.
