Purpose of user access privileges
Each ID-4000 user can be assigned one or more of the
following keys:
Op1
Op2
Op3
Adm
Sup
Mgr
These keys are required for access to various ID-4000
functions. For example, the Op1 key may be required for
printing badges and the Mgr key may be required for
deleting records. The data export function may be
available to any user with either the Op3 or the Sup key.

You can assign more than one key to a user, making it
possible to tailor access privileges precisely for each
user’s needs and capabilities.
If necessary, all keys can be temporarily disabled for any
user. At the appropriate time, the keys can be re- enabled
quickly.
