Close and latch the film door.

Grip the black tab of the safety cover (protruding from
the film holder) and pull the safety cover straight, all the
way out.
Note: A small white tab should be protruding from the
film holder. If it is not, carefully open the film door in
subdued light and push the tab out. Then close and latch
the door with the white tab outside.
Printing badge
photographs
After you have chosen the Print button from the ID-4000
Data Entry window and performed any appropriate
image-capture operations described in Chapter 4, the
ID-4000 display prompts you to print a badge
photograph. When you choose OK, the ID-4000 computer
transmits the image to the film recorder and transfers
the image to instant film without any intervention from
you. (This requires a few seconds.)
