Description
The system supports up to two operators during day and night
modes separately. Any extension can be appointed as an operator.
The extension assigned as an operator has the ability to perform the
following operations:
• Controlling Incoming Call Log Lock mode
• Clearing the Live Call Screening Password
• Performing the Hotel Application
• Printing / clearing the System Working Report
• Setting / clearing the Remote Station Lock
• Switching the Class of Service – primary / secondary
• Switching Day / Night mode manually
• Turning Background Music – External on and off
• Recording / playing outgoing messages
Only Operator 1 has the ability to perform the following operations:
• Setting the Automatic Overflow
• Setting the Hurry-Up Transfer
• Receiving the Alert Indication
• Receiving the call which is transferred from DND extension
Conditions
• If eXtra Device Port mode is enabled at the operator’s extension, the
proprietary telephone user is regarded as the operator.
• The operator can be assigned as a destination of the Transfer Recall by
system programming.
• The Direct Dialling In call which is denied to receive by the extension
or is dialled improper number is forwarded to the operator.
• The Alert Indication is only available for Operator 1 in Day mode.
